Tatung Mexico (TMX)

has been performing refurbish activities for several different branded products and has extensive experience of the processes necessary.

As part of refurbish activities, TMX has dedicated partitioned clean room (with classes 10,000 and 1000) which can be utilized for products where atmospheric contaminants or pollutants may be an issue. Within this area there is also a panel repair facility for LCD panel repairs.

As part of completed assembly refurbish, packaging, accessories, spare parts etc. needs are determined prior to manufacturing to ensure smooth flow of products.

Grading criteria are agreed with customer to clearly classify segregate all products.

Final product can be repackaged as brown box no logo or original carton as required by customer, with new UPC identification to distinguish the refurbished product classification.
